Caquitas and Flowers represents the heaviness and painful lessons of life events and the transformation that becomes possible when we are ready to see, feel, move, honor, and reshape those impactful moments into beautiful flowers.

These stories are affirmations of strength, courage, and resilience that, for most of my life, had been invisible to me. My path has gifted me many caquitas, and more importantly, it has showered me with flowers in this last phase of my life.
