Colonel (retired) Shawn P. Walsh is an author and strategist whose writing on logistics, energy, and sustainment has informed US and allied doctrine, professional military education, and defense research. He has published widely cited works, including Bulk Fuel Support in Bosnia, More Tooth for the Tail, and Whatever It Takes: OIF Theater Fuel Support in 2003.
