Glenn Kiser is the founder of Next Chapter Coaching and Development where his primary interests lie in helping organizations, teams and individuals close the gap between current performance and potential. With more than 45 years of leadership consulting experience, Glenn serves as a coach to both new and senior executive leaders, as a facilitator of organizational and leadership development initiatives and as an assessor of leadership talent. Glenn has an extensive background in organizational development and leadership education both as an independent consultant and as a senior leader in Fortune 500 firms. His consulting work crosses industry and business categories. He has directed executive education at both Duke Energy and Ingersoll-Rand and he has also done grief counseling for KinderMourn, a non-profit that provides services to parents who have lost children. He has served as a leadership coach at all organizational levels and in a wide variety of industries. Kiser earned both his Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology and Bachelor of Arts degree in business from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte.
