M. Emmett TownsendAuthor · Field IT Engineer · Founder, Lexington Road PressM. Emmett Townsend is a Field IT Engineer with hands-on experience deploying and maintaining technology systems across many locations - the kind of work that happens in the real world, not in a lab.He came to AI not as a theorist but as a practitioner who watched the right tools, used with judgment, change what was possible for ordinary people. He built the Practical AI classroom line to put that same judgment in a student's hands - plain language, real practice on the page, and a habit of questioning the tool rather than trusting it blindly. The technology will keep changing; the thinking is what he wanted to teach.
