cross-border matrimonial and custody disputes, particularly matters involving
India and the United States. She is among the very few tri-qualified attorneys
from India practicing in this field. She appears as an expert in matters involving
international family law, including issues concerning international child abduction,
jurisdictional conflicts, and recognition of foreign judgments. Stutee is a
Steering Group Member of the American Bar Association's International Family
Law Committee and a former Fellow of the New York State Bar Association
Family Law Section. She frequently speaks and writes on international family
