Over a thirty-year executive career, Lara led multinational organizations such as Bayer and Roche in seven countries. While serving as CEO in India, she became the world's first chief purpose officer, formalizing the integration of purpose, culture, and performance at the highest level of leadership. Born in Brazil and shaped by life across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Lara works at the intersection of business, consciousness, and systemic transformation. She lives in Florida with her husband and their three children.
