Krom leads a team of orcs at corporate warehouse who are happy to be left alone to do their jobs, occasionally pestered by the company's notoriously incompetent human CEO, Howard Hamm. Krom's team is initially unhappy to hear that Howard is bringing his son Blake by the warehouse to learn more about the business, thinking the whole endeavor is a waste of time. But when they start to get to know Blake a bit better, they start to think he might be a good fit for the team...
