The Dutchman and her foul-mouthed owner join the denizens of B Row. Most of the time they're a live-and-let-live bunch, but The Dutchman's flaking varnish and filthy decks raise a lot of eyebrows. A lot of things can be said about B Row, but no one can say that B Row isn't willing to help a lady in distress.
