Januarius Asongu is an American philosopher, theologian, and public intellectual with advanced training in metaphysics, epistemology, theology, psychology, and African studies. Founder of Saint Monica University in Cameroon, he has authored numerous books in theology, philosophy, and applied ethics. As a former seminarian and scholar, he writes with rare authority-both academically and experientially. His philosophical system, Critical Synthetic Realism (CSR), undergirds the book's metaphysical analysis and offers a new intellectual tool for the study of belief and causation.
