Steven A. Glazer is a retired lawyer and Administrative Law Judge who practiced in Washington, D.C. for 46 years. A graduate of M.I.T. with degrees in Economics and Civil Engineering, Steve now lives in Edgewater, Maryland, on the Chesapeake Bay next to Annapolis, and writes historical fiction novels.
