Sally Bridgeland is an actuary, a mother of one and a mentor of many.

She currently chairs a BelleVie, a start-up innovator in home care for the elderly, the Development Bank of Wales plc, which provides finance to help businesses start-up, grow and expand, and Nest Invest Ltd, which manages over £50 billion of pensions investments for 14 million people.

Winner of the Sunday Times 2023 award for non-executive director of a FTSE AIM company, she is also an Honorary Group Captain in 601 Squadron of the Royal Auxiliary Air Force.
