A core thesis of mine is that a multitude of very small particles as we define them, such as neutrinos and photons-the things we call quanta-actually exist in the dark spatial regions of the universe (the dark-field theory of dark matter and energy) and are continuously recreated and propagated there as saltatory excitation conduction within the dark field itself.
