Noah Charney, PhD, is the internationally best-selling author of more than thirty books, translated into fourteen languages, including The Collector of Lives: Giorgio Vasari and the Invention of Art, which was nominated for the 2017 Pulitzer Prize in Biography. He is a professor of art history and teaches for The Smithsonian, the National Gallery UK, and Yale University online. He has written for major magazines and newspapers such as The Guardian and the Washington Post and is an award-winning podcast host. He lives in Slovenia.
