Andrew T. Huse (1973-2025) was the author of The Columbia Restaurant: Celebrating a Century of History, Culture, and Cuisine and coauthor of The Cuban Sandwich: A History in Layers. A librarian with the University of South Florida's Special Collections department, he lectured across the state about Florida history and foodways.
