Inner wisdom is a deep understanding of the essence and meaning of human life, a spiritual awakening that transcends personal limitations and is connected to the origin of the universe; Chinese traditional culture, with Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism as its core, has undergone thousands of years of sedimentation and formed a complete system related to spiritual cultivation and life cognition.

The two may seem to belong to different discourse systems, but in fact, they are highly compatible in terms of spiritual core - traditional culture provides the soil and path for the awakening of inner wisdom, and the exploration of inner wisdom brings new vitality to traditional culture in contemporary times.

The core proposition of traditional Chinese culture, "the unity of heaven and man," is precisely the starting point of the cosmology of inner wisdom. The Book of Changes states: 'Those who are virtuous are in harmony with heaven and earth, in harmony with the sun and moon, and in harmony with the order of the four seasons.' It emphasizes that humans are not isolated from nature, but rather an organic part of the universe as a whole.

This kind of cognition coincides with the awakening of the "unity of all things" in inner wisdom - when people break through the binary opposition between "self" and "outside world", they can perceive the deep connection with heaven, earth, and sentient beings, which is the key sign of inner wisdom.

Taoism further concretizes the concept of "unity of heaven and man" as "the Dao follows nature". Laozi believed that "man follows the earth, the earth follows the sky, the sky follows the Dao, and the Dao follows nature." Here, the "Tao" is not only the law of the universe's operation, but also the source of human inner wisdom.
