Alicia Young earned her BA in office administration from SLU and is currently working as a Business Contact Center Agent for Hancock Whitney Bank. She is a devoted wife and mother of two beautiful children. She has written this book to encourage all who read it that they can make it through any obstacle thrown their way, as she is a living witness to this fact.
