Heather achieved executive leadership positions leading teams as she became a mother nearly two decades ago. Her decades of experience leading strategic initiatives, resolving operational challenges, and growing and leading teams at KPMG and Booz Allen Hamilton refined her ability to deliver creative, high quality, cost-effective solutions that drive business growth.

Heather's experience as both a working mom in a dual income household and a leader with aggressive business goals enables here to see both perspectives of caregiver and leader. In this talent scarce environment, Heather now collaborates with leaders of organizations large and small, non- and for-profit to align the invaluable skills that mothers and all caregivers contribute with exceeding revenue goals. She consults with organizations on strategies to retain moms and all caregivers, designs and leads workshops and exercises with caregivers and leaders, and speaks on creating workplace villages that drive retention and business achievements.

She is the mother of two teens and resides in Washington, DC with them, her husband and Bernese Mountain Dog named "Oreo".
