Born with the grit and determination of a Navy Chief and a transplanted Japanese WW2 survivor, Audrey grew up as a fearless, hardworking tomboy, unafraid to take on any challenge. From driving a tractor and doing contract haying as a teen to excelling in nursing, business, horticulture, excavation, and airline gate operations. She's lived a life of relentless learning and adaptability. By 28, she was already a mother of three and a business owner, navigating the high-stress world of fashion retail before pivoting to run a thriving daycare and later mastering landscaping and design. Her natural ability to tackle tough, hands-on industries-with patience and skill-led her into a dynamic and rewarding career in the airline industry, where she thrived in the high-energy environment, working as part of an amazing, caring, and thorough team to ensure smooth flight operations during the challenging days of flying, creating seamless experiences for their travelers at the gates. Life has brought its share of rewarding business ventures and challenges, but she remains steadfast in her independence and drive. Which had inspired her lifelong research, and now combines these quick, practical strategies that busy adults can use in life's moments of chaos. Even an auto accident that impacted her hip and led to her early retirement couldn't dampen her adventurous spirit. So now, while caring for her beloved parents with dementia, she continues to seek growth, focusing on wellness and spirituality, and knowing the importance of sharing these shortcuts to others for living their best lives-because if anyone understood how quickly life could change, it was her. Her journey is a testament to resilience, adaptability, and the power of a strong-willed woman carving her own path.
