This little book was born of a brainstorming session initiated by three young children when they heard that black bears had eaten the apple crop. The bear facts were added as the children asked so many questions.
Sally Raspin loves writing for children and has published two children's books: 'Grandma's apple orchard in Ontario.' and The Big Wiind' were inspired by her life on an apple orchard in Ontario.
