When he arrived in Xilitla, San Luis Potosi, Mexico he fell in love with the orchids that impregnated the surroundings with their beauty. In the magical and surrealist town of Xilitla, he stayed forever, where with the support of his friend Plutarco Gastelum he built the Edward James Surrealist Sculpture Garden Las Pozas.
