About the Book - We are constantly faced with many challenges in life. But if we know our biggest WHY, then we realize that life is precious and worth living. Being an OFW, it finally descended upon me that I have to continually work towards the realization of my dreams despite challenging situations. I want to share my experiences and perspectives with the hope of touching the lives of those in the same predicament as mine. It is with this optimistic visualization of harnessing the hidden power within us, connecting to that ultimate Divine power to overcome obstacles and come out better versions of ourselves. This book may be instrumental in changing your perspectives in life, for it is my fervent hope and prayer that I can be able to sow some inspiration. I proceed to envisage a realization-in the end, choosing a different path leaves behind many lessons, and we have ample reasons to move forward and grow into a better person to fulfil our mission in life. About the Author - Eva Magalay Barientos is an OFW in Dubai, UAE; an Engineer by profession and gained numerous professional certifications in Environment and Sustainability. She has taken a different path to pursue her dreams and aspirations in life and was able to hurdle many challenges as an OFW. In the pursuit of making a difference in the lives of her loved ones, she has painstakingly moved forward and overcome obstacles along the way. She resolutely believes that education is powerful tool to improve life and that learning is a continuous process, both personally and professionally. She also believes that our capabilities blended with the right attitude and God's providence are key drivers in achieving our dreams. She embraces simplicity as a way of life.
