Even though their parents had never gone very far into the Enchanted Forest, the topic of the forest had always piqued their curiosity. There were legends of mystical animals, lost wealth, and antiquated spells, and the woodland was renowned for both its beauty and danger. These were the legends Lilly and Thomas had grown up grew hearing, and as time went on, their curiosity in the forest only. When Lilly and Thomas first made the decision to visit the Enchanted Forest, it was a sunny spring morning. They had been to the edge of the forest many times, but they had never ventured off the well-traveled trails. Something felt different this time.
