Sarah Fischer Pointer is an attorney, author, and nearly lifelong wheelchair user who believes every child deserves to see themselves as the hero of their own story. Drawing from her own experiences growing up with a disability, she writes books that celebrate resilience, kindness, and the courage to embrace what makes us unique. Through her stories, Sarah hopes to encourage young readers to stand up to bullying, believe in themselves, and remember that being different is something to be proud of. She lives in Southwest Florida and enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with family and friends.
