Lidia Martin Torralba is a Spanish psychologist, communicator and writer. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Malaga and a Master in Clinical Psychology and Health from the Complutense University of Madrid. She is the author of several books, mostly focused on her profession, among them: Primeros auxilios psicológicos (2009), Las crisis (2011), Educar adolescentes sin morir en el intento, Al rescate de padres de adolescents (both in 2012), La personalidad resiliente (2013) and Psicología del cambio (2021). For almost 20 years, she has combined her profession from private clinical practice with teaching for multiple entities.
