Ella Marshall is a 17-year old author from Hillsborough, North Carolina. She was born and raised in the small town she calls home and her book definitely reflects that love of her community. Ella grew up reading Young Adult fiction. From the time she was ten, she was enjoying these novels, and it's inspired her to write one of her own. As she puts it, she has the "ability to create a world." and she takes that very seriously. The novel she's written is a clear representation of that ability. It's a world which she's molded to fit her own ideas, and one which represents the love she feels for her own world.
