Peter K. Lutken, Jr. (1920-2014) was a veteran of World War II, serving in the OSS in Burma. After the war, he attended Harvard Business School and then worked as a businessman in Mississippi and later in Texas. E. R. Lutken is author of a poetry collection, Manifold: poetry of mathematics, and her poems have appeared in journals and anthologies.
