Shanika Neal Walls is an insightful and accomplished life and mental health coach, educator, author, and human resources professional. She has an impressive career of over 29 years in leadership coaching, performance management and organizational development.
>Shanika is a certified professional coach (CPC) and holds the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Human Resources professional and has held both PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP designations.

Shanika received her master's degree in liberal studies and bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Memphis. She completed advanced graduate studies from Oregon State University and the University of Michigan. She served as an adjunct faculty instructor of Sociology at the University of Memphis.
