Eleanor Sawyer?now Connor?has a whole lot to be thankful for this Christmas season, but when she finds out that Daniel's family?by connection with his half-sister Lidia?is having a gathering in the US, she knows there's one more thing she wants: A family Christmas in the US, complete with stops at several of the cities she considers hometowns.
Of course wanting it and getting it are two very different things. Although she and Daniel grab their kids and make for the States, they're thrown off-course by a storm, and find themselves in a town they don't know well... with no way to get to their actual location.
