Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, is my first humble attempt to bring out a collection of my poems written over a period of few years. . . However, a few years back while in Canada my life tu​r​ned upside down as a result of a soccer field accident. I had to undergo surgeries as well as rehabilitation to get back on my foot as my left knee was severely injured. This traumatic experience restrained me inside my apartment for almost three years that changed my life altogether. I was unable to move freely and my constant companion was my Toshiba laptop where I watched movies of every possible language and culture to overcome the tremendous pain I had to endure during my treatment. It was during those dark years ​of​ my life ​when i ​was locked up all by myself in my apartment and restricted to my bed that I first felt the need for putting my thoughts and feelings in the form of poems.

I had time and my laptop by my bedside that I suddenly started typing out my poems. I do not know if they were of any value or use at that point of time; however, it kept me busy and took my mind of​f​ from the constant pain I had to endure while undergoing rehabilitation in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. I really did not remember now how the collection of poems increased by days and I found my words for expressing my inner self. But when I got back to my professional life after those three years, I have been publishing my poems in various magazines and online platforms across different continents.
