Amy is an author and freelance journalist, a job that has taken her around the world, from the midnight-sun of the Arctic Circle to the desert heat of Oman, from wind-swept North Sea oil rigs to the bustling bazaars of Tehran. Now based in Shropshire, where she lives with her husband and three children, Amy writes on a wide range of subjects for the national and trade press while indulging her life-long passion for books.
