This is a true story of my encounter with the depths of drug and alcohol addiction. The highlight of my addiction was crack cocaine. This story depicts the finale of the high having moved from my hometown in Seattle to San Francisco, California. The kinds of people, the struggle affording such an addiction, and the sexual, mental, and medical problems that plagued me throughout the addiction along with the horrible loss of hygiene care, which also accounts for lost selfesteem, and all that I encountered leading me to finally give it my all in quittingwith no threats of ever going back to a world I knew I had not only lost very early in the addiction process but also now hate.
