After doing financial work, she taught piano for twenty years and currently writes poetry and plays the piano. Previous books have included Songs (1993), Antique End Tables (2001), and All I Have Is a Poem (2013), which have received favorable reviews. She has read at Barnes and Noble, the Harvard College Club of New York, and the West 74th Street Home.
