Laurie Salzler has worked with animals (wild and domesticated) her entire life, including several years spent in the veterinary field and equine industry at training and breeding facilities in New York, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. She has also published a young adult book, After a Time, and a book of photographs, Eye of the Beholder. Lynn Starner is an avid reader with over 20years' experience in newspaper design and illustration.
