This will be a LIMTITED EDITION Hardcover. Do we need to indicate that anywhere other than here in the Selling/Marketing points? We hope to sell through a single small-ish printing, and then do a paperback version at a later date (but not reprint the hardcover). We will simultaneously publish an e-book edition that obviously won't go out of print.
Do we need to add "Short Stories" to the book title, or "and Other Stories" -- or is the title okay as is? Our preference is to leave it as is, but we're happy to change it if it avoids confusion.
